Big thanks to Coach Matt "Roy, Leon, Cobra" Loen for this demonstration. Perfect example of why you never wear khaki cargos to the gym. He claims his hips were high but the shorts were too baggy to confirm. You make the call. Same cues as the Lateral Plank. Keep the weight on the cable row manageable. Nothing too heavy, because you don't to maintain your lateral plank as you move your extremeties.
